U.S. taxpayers in Israel that need assistance can contact either the tax assistance office in Philadelphia or our office in Paris. Taxpayers that have Internet access can go to the main IRS page at http://www.irs.gov or to the IRS page on the web site for the U.S. Embassy in Paris at http://www.amb-usa.fr/irs/irs.htm/.
