Passport Renewal For – CHILDREN AGED 16 - 17Please follow the instructions on this page if:
Application RequirementsPlease bring the following to the Embassy for your appointment: 1) Your most recent United States passport; 2) Photocopy of all documents including all passports and proof of citizenship. You do not need a photocopy of the application. 3) Any foreign passport that you may currently hold, have held, or been included in; 4) Name change documentation:

7) Fees: The application fee for an applicant aged 16 and over is $100.00. Accepted payment methods are:
8) Envelope: New passports must be sent back to applicants once they are processed. In order to receive your new passports, you must bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope with at least 16.20 NIS of postage. 9) If your previous passport was issued when you were a small child, you may need to bring pictures showing your physical development since the previous passport picture was taken, and/or other proof of identity. 10) Additional documents may be required depending upon the circumstances of your case. Method of ApplicationYou are required to apply for the passport in person at this office through appointment only. Processing TimeAn application for a full-validity (ten years for applicants age 16 or over; five years for children under age 16) passport will be sent to the United States for printing with a secure, photo-digitized image of the bearer. Passport times vary depending on workload. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the application to be processed. |
